The time has come

Every parent knows having a baby comes with a plethora of seats and "stuff".  Crib, stroller, car seat, eating seats/high chairs, bathing seats, soothing seats, entertainment and toy things such as bouncy seats, electrical swings and any other piece that has been marketed as a must have.  Having two children doubles some of those items- like a double stroller.  Having a special needs child can double or triple that amount.  In the last week, we are excited to say that Lucia has received some new medical and therapy pieces.  A new bath seat, a posture bench that will give her support to sit up correctly while strengthening her from feet through spine, and a switch toy to help her learn how to activate toys and hopefully teach her more cause and effect.

I love this piece!  sitting up nice and tall and ready for schoolwork!

Now I have lived in my little home for almost 14 years!!!!!!  A cute little 2 bedroom, 1 bath, adobe has suited me perfect and even worked for our little family until now.  We are maxed out on storage and space.  Mr. Blue has often had to hurdle one of the many baby seats on his way to greet Jason at the front door... The time has come to move.  We have been looking for months and we are happy to say we're under contract to buy a new bigger home .  We found a ranch home that we think will be perfect and very Lubird friendly for our little family!

A new baby, new equipment, a new home...busy summer, blessed summer, I sense many, many, more shiny BRIGHT days ahead!  God is good!

Congrats on the new home! Are you staying in the same general neighborhood?
